Service and contract documents

These terms apply to domain-service orders placed with Configurix Limited through atdomain.at. We register the selected domain for the named holder and provide the offered DNS/nameserver management. Hosting and email mailboxes are not included. The services, total prices and document version shown at checkout govern the order. Later changes do not retrospectively alter an existing order. You may save or print the documents; after payment confirmation we send the contract confirmation by email before registration starts.

Total prices and VAT-registration status

Standard .at registration: €12.99 total price for the first year. Renewal: currently €15.99 total price per year. Configurix Limited is not currently VAT registered and does not charge VAT separately. We do not represent that any input VAT can be reclaimed. The total shown before payment is the amount payable; a later change in our tax status does not retrospectively increase a confirmed order. Other extensions, exceptional cases and transfers can be ordered only at a total price disclosed in advance. No additional mandatory fee applies to the offered registration.

Ordering, payment and contract formation

Search and basket do not reserve a domain. Availability and the standard price are checked again before card payment. You can correct entries before placing the order with an obligation to pay. Our contract is concluded when payment is confirmed and our system accepts the order; confirmation records the order reference, time, total, selected domain and consents. Payment confirmation is not registration confirmation. Registration starts separately after the contract confirmation is sent, normally at the next processing run within five minutes. Only successful allocation secures the name. If the domain is no longer available or registration definitively fails, we return the total paid without an administration fee. We investigate uncertain results and keep you informed; do not pay again.

Holder, rights and registry contract

You must be of legal age and authorised to order for the named holder. The holder's full name, deliverable street address, email and telephone number must be accurate; PO boxes and initials are insufficient. Follow the .at character rules explained in the form. Your chosen name must not infringe others' rights; availability is not a trademark clearance. A .at registration also creates a separate contract between the holder and nic.at under its terms and registration guidelines, linked before payment. Legal-entity details may be published. Respond to necessary holder-verification requests and notify changes promptly.

Consumer right to withdraw

As a consumer, you normally have 14 days from conclusion of an online service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Send a clear statement before the deadline to support@atdomain.at or our postal address, or use the ‘Withdraw from contract’ function on our withdrawal page (https://atdomain.at/en/widerruf#vertrag-widerrufen). Give your name and information identifying the contract; an order reference or domain helps us locate it. The model form is optional. The online declaration does not require signing in.

Immediate start and full performance

We start registration before the withdrawal period ends only at your express request. The right to withdraw from a fully performed registration service can end if, before work began, you expressly consented and acknowledged that the right ends only upon full performance. Payment, submitting an application or starting processing alone is insufficient. A separate continuing service is not fully performed merely because technical registration completed. Any remaining statutory withdrawal right is preserved. We do not exclude it categorically because our purchase costs are non-refundable.

Effects of a valid withdrawal

For a valid withdrawal, we reimburse amounts due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your declaration, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without a refund fee. If you expressly requested performance during the period and the right still exists, only a lawful, reasonable proportion for services actually supplied may be payable. We explain that calculation; there is no automatic deduction of the entire domain cost. Statutory rights for faulty or undelivered services are unaffected. A declaration is acknowledged immediately and then assessed; the form neither deletes a domain nor triggers an automatic refund.

Renewal and domain cancellation

Initial registration covers the offered period of one year. The current total renewal price is €15.99 per year. New orders do not use automatic card charges or automatic renewal. Email support@atdomain.at for renewal or cancellation, observing the deadline shown in your account, which may precede technical expiry. Later price changes apply only to future renewal offers disclosed in advance. The separate continuing nic.at contract does not end merely through non-payment or disabling renewal with us. Cancellation must be expressly declared and confirmed. Domain cancellation, deletion and transfer are distinct from statutory withdrawal. Outside statutory rights, we offer no voluntary cancellation or pro-rata refund merely for non-use or a change of mind after registration has been performed.

Use, security and service problems

Keep credentials secure and contact details current. You may use your own nameservers and manage supported DNS records. DNS changes may take time to become visible. Abuse, unlawful use or binding orders may require proportionate restrictions; we notify you where lawful and practicable. Contact support about faults. We meet applicable conformity obligations; remedies, price reduction, termination and reimbursement remain available as provided by law. Liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing and mandatory consumer rights is not excluded.

Complaints, law and courts

Send complaints to support@atdomain.at or our postal address. We acknowledge them within two business days and aim to respond substantively within ten business days. If a consumer dispute remains unresolved, we provide information about an appropriate ADR body and whether we will participate. We do not claim blanket mandatory participation or membership. Irish law applies without depriving you of mandatory protections of the country where you habitually live. Jurisdiction, including any right to sue in your home courts, follows applicable consumer rules.
