A standard new .at domain costs €12.99 total price for the first year. Renewal currently costs €15.99 total price for another year. The offer displayed before ordering applies. Domain management, DNS management with the default nameservers and custom nameservers are supported. Web hosting and email mailboxes are not included products. Other extensions without an approved price cannot yet be ordered.

Yes. You can register a .at domain at atdomain.at without a hosting package. You do not need a finished website when buying. Registration does not create a website or email mailbox. You can connect existing website and email services using DNS records or use custom nameservers. atdomain.at currently sells neither web hosting nor email mailboxes.

Payment confirmation and completed domain registration are separate steps. Open the order status after payment. Your registered domain appears in your account once processing succeeds. If an order is still processing, do not rush to pay again. If an error appears or the status remains unchanged unusually long, our support team can check the specific order.

Saved does not mean every network immediately returns the same answer. DNS responses may stay cached until their previous TTL expires. A nameserver change can also temporarily produce different results. First check that you edited the active DNS zone. Waiting longer will not make a change in an unused zone take effect.

Yes. You can enter the custom nameservers assigned to your domain in your account. You then maintain DNS records in their corresponding DNS management service. Registration and domain management stay with atdomain.at. Records in the atdomain.at DNS tab control resolution only when our default nameservers are used. Copy existing values before switching and test every service afterwards.

Renewing a standard .at domain currently costs €15.99 total price for another year. Automatic renewal and automatic card charging are currently not active. Check the deadline shown in your account; it may be earlier than technical expiry. Contact support@atdomain.at in good time to renew. Non-payment is not a confirmed cancellation.
