Your website and hosting
Create private drafts and use three initial AI edits in your atdomain.at account without a card. This allowance is shared across your websites and does not renew automatically. Manual editing does not use AI credits. Hosting is a separate subscription for one website: €7.99 monthly or €79.99 yearly, total price. Configurix Limited is currently not VAT registered and does not charge VAT separately. No input VAT recovery is promised. Domain registration and business email mailboxes are separate services.
What is included
Publish a responsive static website on the www hostname of a domain you own, with HTTPS, saved draft history, image uploads and manual content editing. Domain selection and external-domain DNS instructions are included. The bare domain needs a separately verified redirect or hosting arrangement. Publication requires verified ownership, a secure connection and an active hosting entitlement. Existing email records and customer-selected nameservers must be preserved. Review conflicting website records before replacing them. Custom server programs, databases, shops and executable uploads are not included.
Payment and renewal
Hosting renews at the monthly or yearly total shown at checkout until you cancel renewal. Each website has its own subscription. Your paid period starts when payment is confirmed; DNS setup does not postpone it. A payment return page alone does not activate hosting. The accepted seller, amount, currency, interval and terms are retained with your contract. A later catalogue or tax-status change does not retrospectively increase a confirmed amount.
Starting service and your right to withdraw
Consumers may withdraw from the initial online service contract within 14 days after concluding it, without giving a reason, by contacting support@atdomain.at. You can use the withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. An express request to start service during that period does not itself remove statutory rights. If you request early performance and then withdraw, only a lawful proportionate amount for service actually supplied may be payable. Where a refund is due, it is made within the applicable statutory period using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Cancellation of future renewal is separate from a withdrawal or refund request. Rights and remedies for faulty service remain.

Your content and acceptable use
You keep your rights in your content and permit us to process and serve it to provide the service. Review AI-generated facts, text and imagery before publishing. Do not upload credentials, confidential information, unlawful content or material you lack rights to use. Phishing, malware, impersonation and spam are prohibited. Abuse, payment disputes, loss of domain control and legal requirements may lead to a publication hold and support review. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, unique AI output or search rankings.
Privacy and saved work
atdomain.at passes a stable account reference and verifies your current session; your password is not shared with the builder. AI processing uses your instruction and relevant draft content. OpenAI processes AI requests and Cloudflare hosts the builder, storage and published websites. API requests are configured with response storage disabled; this is not a promise of zero provider retention. Versions and contract/payment evidence are retained to operate the service and meet applicable obligations. Contact support@atdomain.at to exercise your data rights. Published content is public. The atdomain.at privacy policy also applies.
After hosting ends and support
At the end of the confirmed hosting period, publication stops. Cancelling renewal does not delete your domain, private draft or separate email service. You can restore saved draft versions and publish them through the current ownership and hosting checks. Contact support@atdomain.at for assistance, cancellation, withdrawal or data requests. Changes requiring a new agreement are explained rather than silently applied. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.
