Keep your website or email service and register the matching .at domain separately. Before buying, check whether your existing plan supports custom domains. That service supplies the DNS values or nameservers you need. Website files, storage and mailboxes are separate from domain registration.

After registration is confirmed, the domain appears in your account. With our default nameservers, manage website, email and verification records there. Do I have to buy hosting?+
No. You order a .at domain with DNS management. Hosting and email mailboxes are not included and are not currently sold here.
Can I keep my existing website?+
Yes, if your website service supports custom domains. Use its actual DNS instructions and enable the address in that service as well.
Can I use the domain just for email?+
Yes. You need a separate email service that supports your domain. Connect it using the required MX and other DNS records. A mailbox is not included in the domain price.
